Sales Capability Manager
(Bangkok)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for analysis of sales training needs of Company and developing plans and programs to meet those needs. Oversees development of training materials and administration of training plans, including the selection and use of outside providers as needed


• To develop and enhance company sales force capability


• Responsible for managing sales training budgets


• Needs to understand sales and marketing gaps that may be addressed through sales capability training


• Identify, together with the Commercial executives, the training needs of the organization


• Implement sales training strategy for Company


• Co-ordinate with HR in terms of training programs


• Develop and administer new sales training and development programs while maintaining and/or adjusting existing programs as needed


• Organize training activities either in-house or through external sources


• Leverage the in-house expertise on training


• Incorporate organization best practices into training programs to ensures cross-fertilization


• Process for training needs analysis across all sales units

Requirements:

• Thai National


• Bachelor's Degree in Management with 3-5 years FMCG working experience in Sales Training in FMCG industry


• Good command of English & Computer literate


• Understand distribution channel of FMCG industry


• Lack of understanding of sales force capability requirements and gaps
