- Providing quality service level to customers.
- Creating the initiatives to drive non-value-added activities from the supply chain, reducing cost and improving service. Support the delivery of strategy with defined goals to beat the competition and business plan
- Tracking, monitoring and reporting service trend vs. demand Gap/Risk as well as opportunities on regular basis.
- Delivering a competitive service & cost targets with regular tracking of performance and root cause analysis to achieve them.
- Improve continuously or lead the best practice through continued search and spin, network, sharing forum on Customer Logistics.
Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree with minimum 3-5 years experience in Supply Chain Management position, preferably in FMCG
- Statistical / Mathematical background preferred
- Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning & Management and Logistics background preferred
- Excellent English skill
