R&D Supervisor
(Bangkok)

Responsibilities:

• To plan and supervise development and industrialization in order to achieve business target.


• To support factories or co-packers to maintain product quality and improve process of existing products.


• To motivate the team proceeding the cost down and risk management activities.
 

Requirements:

• Male / Female age between 26 - 30 years old.


• Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Product Development / Food Science / Food Technology or related fields.


• More than 3 years of experience in research and development function.


• Have an experience in Food or Beverage Industry.


• Strong knowledge in food processing, sensory evaluation, physical / chemical and microbiological analysis.


• Leadership / analytical skill / problem solving / good coordination.


• Good written and spoken in English language.
