Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all project development and feature enhancement activities for S! Classified (e-Commerce)
- Plan and manage all development activities for S! Classified service
- Work closely with Product Manager to deliver new features and services that best match with user#s and advertiser#s needs
- Conduct in-depth product research, provide recommendation, and compose business requirement document for service improvement
- Coordinate with other departments (i.e. IT, Marketing, and Sales) for collecting business requirements, updating project status, and etc.
- Ensure all development activities are inline with business#s objectives and finished as planned
- Regularly update project status with working team and management team
Requirements:- Bachelor#s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer or related fields
- Master#s Degree in MBA, Engineering or Computer will be an advantage
- 2 - 5 years# experience in internet, online, e-commerce or related businesses
- Experience in Web/IT Project management is a must
- Knowledge and technical skills in E-Commerce service is a plus
- Highly responsible, initiative, proactive, and able to coordinate and motivate people and to work as a team under pressure.
- Possess good leadership, communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
- Excellent personality and strong presentation skills
- Good command of written and spoken English is preferred
